An organization dedicated to
affordable Human Resources Consulting, Labor Relations excellence and the
delivery of High Energy Management Training in the public sector. We
believe in building the competencies necessary for your organization to be
a "Service Survivor" as you meet the challenges of this new millennium.
Steve Rosenthal, our President and
founder, has been a teacher, contract negotiator, and Human Resources Director. He
has worked for both public and private organizations. A popular conference speaker,
Steve has mixed his twenty years of management experience into a delivery that is fast
paced and entertaining. He has served as the President of both the Florida Public
Employer Labor Relations Association (FPELRA)
and the Florida Public Personnel Association (FPPA). A few years ago at their Annual Conference, the National
Employer Labor Relations Association honored him with their Award of Excellence.
This award is presented to the individual who has made significant contributions to the

Training:
