Programs
Many exciting things are happening as we move into
2007. We want to thank all of you whom we have made partnerships in the
past years. Our Customer Service offerings and Ethics workshops are
attracting attention this year and our departmental team building (one
day) retreats have been a huge success. This year we have employed a
variety of formats for our team building, to include personality
components and a series of exercises or games where participants learn
about teamwork as a result of their participation. These team building
retreats give employees a day of fun and learning at the same time. In
the past we offered a Strategic Planning Program and a
Management Retreat and both of these have continued to be important
offerings for The Training Tree. Specific training for Fire Management
and Sheriff’s Departments have proved to be of interest in the past few
years and the Creating A Harassment Free Environment
workshop is still routinely offered around the state. We have added a
number of new counties to our client list and the interest in our
Supervisory series is still as popular as ever. That gives you a little
insight into how things are shaping up for 2007. We are seeing great
things for 2007 and hope you participate with us!
