RE: Human Resources Customer Service Survey
We would like this year to be an exciting one for Human Resources and our
customers. As our department focuses on refining our work processes and meeting our
customers' needs, we want to gather your input concerning your perceptions of problem
areas and issues that you feel need to be addressed. We intend to thoroughly review
our policies, programs, and procedures in an effort to better meet the needs of our
customers. We anticipate that you will see some dramatic changes in the way Human
Resources responds to your requests for service.
In our effort to better meet your needs, we have developed four questions to assess the
areas where we should focus our attention. The questions are presented on the next
page of this memo. Please take a few moments to answer these questions in a frank
and honest manner. You may write your responses to the four questions directly
underneath the questions or on a separate sheet of paper. Use additional pages as
needed to respond. Feel free to comment separately on the different functions of
Human Resources.
Thank you very much for taking time to respond to these questions. Your input is
vitally important to the continual improvement of Human Resources.
Please e-mail or return your responses to the attention of ________, Human Resources,
by 5:00 PM, _______, __________.
